Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations Policy

 

Refunds and Returns

  • Non-Custom Works: We do not offer refunds for non-custom items. If you encounter a quality issue or if your package is lost or not received, we will resend it within 30 days.

  • Custom Works:

    • Before Shipping: Once the artwork is completed, we will contact you with a photo for approval. If you are not satisfied, we offer one free re-creation and multiple revisions. If you are still not satisfied after these revisions, we will provide a 70% refund, retaining a 30% service fee.
    • After Shipping: We do not accept refunds or returns for custom-made works once they have been shipped. If there are issues with the shipping address, color, or size after shipping, we cannot offer replacements or refunds. Please ensure your order details are correct before finalizing your purchase. Contact us to confirm your order if needed.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 1 working day if it has not been dispatched. If you selected Next Working Day delivery or if the order is already processed, cancellation may not be possible. If your order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel, please email us at info@calligraphy.com, and we will guide you on the next steps.

Items Damaged in Transit

  • If you receive damaged goods, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Email us at info@calligraphy.com with the subject line "DAMAGED CALLIGRAPHY WORKS," including pictures and details of the damage. We will either replace or refund the damaged items.
